About Doctor
Dr. Matthew Huff, DDS
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, Dr. Matthew Huff went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Science from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. While attending school Dr. Huff discovered his passion for learning and in the years since has gone to great lengths to grow his knowledge base through continuing education and specialized training. He also requires each member of his staff to complete six hours of continuing education every year in addition to CPR certification to ensure practice-wide excellence.
Dr. Huff has developed a particular interest and clinical expertise in implant dentistry and he firmly believes this state-of-the-art restorative technique offers the premium option for replacing one or more missing teeth. In addition to traditional dental implants, Dr. Huff also places and restores mini implants, a technique that allows for edentulous patients with compromised bone density to enjoy the security of dental implant-retained dentures. Dr. Huff is highly trained in implant dentistry and belongs to the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants.
A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Huff also deeply enjoys working one-on-one with patients to discuss the goals they have for their smiles and developing treatment plans to help them achieve those goals. With training in a variety of cosmetic dentistry techniques, materials, and methodologies, Dr. Huff handily blends an artist’s eye with the clinical skill needed to provide exceptional smile enhancement.

When not in the office or attending seminars, classes, or training, Dr. Matthew Huff loves spending quality time and traveling with his wife and four sons. Dr. Huff also enjoys living an active lifestyle through weight lifting, running, and hunting.
Dr. Huff has recently become a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), making him a leading implant dentist in Texas. The journey towards attaining Diplomate status required immense dedication throughout a five-year process, which Dr. Huff was eager to accomplish.
In order to receive this expert recognition in implant dentistry, Dr. Huff achieved over 120 successful implant cases, attended over 250 hours of continuing education courses and seminars, and completed a rigorous written exam and oral interview with the ICOI members.
To maintain the highest honor of implantology with the ICOI, Dr. Huff continues to attend at least one ICOI meeting every three years and works to complete an additional 150 hours in continuing implant education.
